"Freshmen" Orientation Phase

Incoming ! New students has arrived ! and let us call them "freshmen" so, in 2014, usually in july, our school will accept certain number of students. They were all coming from a lot of junior highschool. And will be our new family members of SMANSA

But, becoming our family members is not that easy, they had to pass the tradition. Student Orientation Phase, well, maybe for some people it will be recognized as an event where you'll be treated like a slave, doing things that you don't want, and any other horrible things.


But, let us get this straight. To be the first, to be different, and the best, we can't just rely on what we got in junior high school. They Have to change.
This is the phase where they have to go by themself. Rely on themself, and being responsible for about, yeah, every single thing.

They have to do the tasks, a lot of tasks. why we get such huge amount of tasks ? a common question freshmen usually asked.

The purpose is not to make you suffer, we did this because we need new "you" not some lazy kids. we need to make you feel comfortable to those tasks, because those are what you should do in the next 3 years in SMANSA.

Discipline, self-confident, and creative. Be better, be faster, and stronger, to be in SMANSA is not 3 years of vacation in a tropical island. Those things are required to be our family members,
so freshmen should be able to compete.
