#SEC’s – THE PARTY OF SMANSA

WOOHOOO !! This is going off the hook !!

Yeah, finally the party ends, 2013 SEC’s finally ends with a lot of happy memories. By ALEXANDRIA, HYPERION, and OBELISK, the heat of SMANSA just getting hotter and hotter, by their awesome enthusiasm. With 6 days of happiness filled with a lot of competitions, performance, all of SMANSA’s students’ creativity, hopefully will refresh students’ mind from the stress given by the SAT. As a refreshment of students’ mind, of course it couldn’t be just a simple and boring party, because, remembering the hard work of the students’ when studying, the party just have to be worth it. So, by looking at that condition, the concept finally created. THE PARTY, SEC’s 2013 have to be including these three aspects, Science, Culture, and Sports. So the party is not just all about outbound games, but all of it will be balanced Left brain, with the Right brain, that’s the refreshment the students’ need.

           Day one. The opening, it started with the first game, LUPUK TEKO, (beLUt keruPUK TEpung KOin), it was cool, with the eels, flour and many other things. And then Kelereng Serong, a funny game actually, it was cool too, although the weather was not that cool. To make the day better, there was RADIO SMANSA, a place where you can request a song, write your message, and your song will be played loudly during the day. And in the end of the day, there was the first pre-elimination of Bola Tangan Putra.

                Day two. Opened with the second pre-elimination of Bola Tangan Putra, since the day started, the heat of enthusiasm was really awesome. Then the day continued with Tawa Caberas a really “wet” game, because the participant have to squeeze a balloon filled with water to fill a glass until it’s full. And for the second day it ended with Riong Joko, a game coloured with “Dangdut Koplo” songs when the participant have to dance to get all the balls out from the box.

                Day three. Finally an event joining students from another school, SMA 3 Singaraja came to participate in the Football match versus SMA 1 Singaraja’s team. The match ran really intense, their skill were all balanced, just the same strength. But finally our beloved team, win. And there was another competition too, “Lomba Geguritan” that located in a classroom it fulfilled the culture aspect of our SEC’s. And the day ended with the “wet” game.

                Day four. Again opened with a match with another school, a Basketball match between FOURSMA vs. SMANSA, and finally SMANSA won. And in the court, it continued with another competition, Bola Tangan Putra, meanwhile in TRRC another competition was hold. “Cover Lagu Akustik” still in the culture aspect, the songs are really nice ! and the “wet” game, again, ended the day.

                Day five. With another kind of event started the day, “jalan santai” including all the students, and just after “jalan santai”, another basketball match was hold in the court with SMK Triatmajaya as the guest for SMANSA this day, the match was going so hot, as hot as the weather. And there was also Acapella competition held in TRRC. And what’s the event to fulfill the science aspect, here it is, the speech contest that held in biology laboratory, to improve the students’ English skill. And the last competition, Riong Joko, close the day.

            THE LAST DAY OF THE PARTY. The day filled with performances from the bands of SMANSA, like TUL Band, Cyclops Band, Laba-laba Band, and the winners of the competition, such as Acapella, Cover Lagu Akustik, and of course another kind of performance, like drama and dance. But the day are not going very well, since the first, the weather are not going so well, it was raining, making the heat of enthusiasm not as hot as the other days, BUT, fortunately the rain stopped in the middle of the day, and of course the enthusiasm of students were getting bigger and bigger, and finally the day ended at 12 o’clock.

               
               

SAT maybe gave us a bit stress, and SEC’s are there to give us the refreshment by the competition and another events. And hopefully all of students’ aspiration already fulfilled during SEC’s with the events. But !, don’t be “drunk” with the joy, the second semester is coming, KEEP THE HEAT OF YOUR SPIRIT SMANSA !!!
