Anti-Corruption Education : Hyperion Outbound

17^th of November, a perfect day for an outbound, this time, it’s really special for the 11^th graders of SMANSA SINGARAJA, or as we know, HYPERION. Why is it special ? this special outbound prepared by SATGAS to give an education for them, Anti-Corruption Education (Pendidikan Anti Korupsi). Because of the budget given to the school to hold an Anti – Corruption themed activity, so in this occasion, our beloved school decided to hold an outbound, a journey outside of town, with games, and also some lecture, to educate students about the mindset of Anti – Corruption. This outbound was hold in Tri Yudha Sakti Monument, only for one day. At 5.30, Students already gathered in the parking area of the monument, they’re going to get some briefing from our School Principal, and the Vice Principal for the outbound. This outbound actually is a journey that has some posts, that filled with some games to build the mindset of Anti – Corruption. There is a post on a river bank, in the middle of Sangket village, it’s the first post. In this post, there is a game “Fill-the-pipe” so this game actually a simple game, where the students have to fill this pipe with some holes with the water from the river with a plastic glass made of used soft drink bottle. So they have to coordinate who will close tight the holes on the pipe, and who is going to fill up the pipe with the water, Such FUN !

                And then the students had to continue their journey to their next stop, it’s not a really long path until they arrived at the second post, they had to follow the instructions, or the code on the ground, like arrows that telling them where to go, sign of x that told them where not to go. In the second post, there is another game, when each class separated into boys and girls, they are holding each others hands, (boys with boys, girls with girls) and then a circle of rope had to be delivered to the last person, and turn back to the first person, but while delivering the rope, they had to keep their hands holding each other, so it needed a good teamwork to win in this game, WEW !

                And finally they arrived back in the monument, and they look little bit tired, because of the weather, it’s hot. When everybody arrived, they got their lunch provided by the committee. Soon they got their spirit back, and ready to continue to the next agenda. It’s the Pantun-War, so every single class had to make poem in the form of Pantun, with the theme of Anti – Corruption. And the game was going really fun, because of the prize factor, the first winner will get Rp. 300.000 , Rp. 200.000 for the runner-up, and Rp. 100.000 for the third winner. It’s really fun !

                Eventually, the outbound ends, and it finished with the Mass Hyperion Clapping in front of the monument, AWESOME !

Overall, this outbound was going really fun, really, really fun ! with all of the games hopefully it can build the students’ mindset of Anti Corruption, so they can be the “clean” leaders for the future, HYPERION !
